Create an Internal Location User
Create a Harbor Soho employee or device user with a namespace-scoped internal login, accepted organisation and location memberships, and optional location roles.
Artikulu honetan
Use this guide when Harbor Soho needs a new internal account rather than an invitation for an existing user. Antylogic creates the user directly and stores the login in the Harbor Soho access namespace.
The same flow supports employee and device credentials. Staff administrators can also open the employee-only version from a staff form, but the staff-user link is saved only after the staff form itself is saved.

- You are signed in to Harbor Demo Group with Harbor Soho selected.
- You have `users:manage` for Harbor Soho.
- Harbor Soho has the access namespace `harbor-soho-65aa418f`.
- Prepare a `User ID` that is unique within the Harbor Soho namespace and a password with at least 6 characters.
- To view and assign roles during creation, you also need `permissions:view` and `permissions:manage`.
- If adding an avatar, upload it through the avatar control before submitting the user.

- 1.
Open the Harbor Soho users list
From Harbor Soho, open the location access area and switch to Users. Choose Create user to create a location-scoped internal account, not an invitation for an existing user.
- 2.
Choose the access type
Select Employee for a person who may also be linked to a staff record, or Device for a shared operational device credential. Employee mode shows optional email and phone fields; device mode hides them in the app.
- 3.
Enter identity and login details
Enter the full name, `User ID`, and password. Antylogic lower-cases the `User ID`, trims submitted text, and stores only a password hash. Email, phone, and avatar are optional for employee users.
- 4.
Assign roles when available
If the roles section is visible and editable, select the Harbor Soho roles the user should receive. Role assignment happens after the user is created, so a role error does not undo the new account.
- 5.
Create and confirm the user
Submit the form. Antylogic creates an active internal user, stores the credential in the Harbor Soho namespace, and accepts the user into both Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho. After a direct create flow, confirm the details on the user detail page.
- 6.
Use the staff shortcut when needed
From staff create or staff detail, use the internal-user shortcut to open the same create screen in employee mode. The created user ID returns to the staff form; save the staff form afterwards to persist the staff-user association.

- The operator UI for this action is location-scoped; do not present organisation-scope internal user creation as a usable flow.
- `full_name`, `login_id`, and `password` are required.
- `password` must contain at least 6 characters.
- `principal_type` must be `employee` or `device`; a blank value defaults to `employee`.
- Email, when provided, must contain `@` and must not duplicate another user email.
- The selected location must belong to the selected organisation and must have an access namespace row.
- Duplicate namespace login IDs are blocked by the internal credential uniqueness rule.
- The staff shortcut does not save the staff link until the staff form is saved.
