Update Billing Settings
Use the Billing tab in POS settings to review or update invoice numbering for Harbor Soho. Managers can keep one invoice series for the location or, when user-list access is available, assign invoice series per accepted location user. GB captures keep Spain-only fiscal integrations such as VERI*FACTU and TicketBAI read-only and unavailable.
In this article
Billing settings are location-level POS settings. A save updates `tpv_settings.billing_config` for Harbor Soho and affects future POS invoices for that location.
This guide covers invoice series and series mode. Issuer legal identity is maintained from the location General information Billing tab, and invoice creation or fiscal submission belongs to ticket invoice flows.
Before you start
- You are signed in to Harbor Demo Group with Harbor Soho selected.
- You can open POS settings for Harbor Soho.
- To save changes, your role includes `tpv:manage`. View-only users can review the Billing tab but cannot update it.
- To edit per-user invoice series, your role includes `users:view` or `users:manage` so accepted location users can be loaded.
- For GB/en-GB documentation captures, use Harbor Soho and do not enable Spain-only fiscal integrations.
Instructions
- 1.
Open the Billing tab
Open Harbor Soho POS settings at `/:orgId/:locationId/location/tpv?tab=billing`. The screen loads the current location POS settings before showing the invoice numbering controls.
- 2.
Review the current numbering mode
Check whether Harbor Soho uses one invoice series for all POS invoices or per-user series. If no billing configuration exists yet, the form starts from series `A` in single-series mode.
- 3.
Update the single invoice series
Choose the single-series option and enter the series future POS invoices should use. If the field is left blank, the app trims the value and saves `A`.
- 4.
Use per-user series only when needed
Choose per-user mode only when invoice numbering needs to differ by accepted location user. The table loads accepted Harbor Soho users when the operator has user-list access; clearing a row removes that user from the saved map.
- 5.
Leave unavailable fiscal integrations unchanged
In Harbor Soho, use the fiscal-platform area as reference only. VERI*FACTU is not available for GB, and TicketBAI is unavailable or upcoming in this context.
- 6.
Save and verify the settings
Select Save changes. Antylogic sends the shared TPV settings snapshot, reloads the saved response, clears field errors and returns the form to a saved state.
Validations and limits
- Opening the screen requires a selected `orgId` and `locationId` and a POS settings permission such as `tpv:view` or `tpv:manage`.
- Saving requires `tpv:manage` in the frontend and backend.
- KDS-only access must not be presented as billing settings management because the backend strips `billing_config` for restricted KDS payloads.
- Missing or blank invoice series falls back to `A` for future invoice creation.
- The per-user table requires `GET /api/app/{orgId}/{locationId}/users?status=accepted&page=1&page_size=200` and `users:view` or `users:manage`.
- `billing_config` must be saved as a JSON object; the shared TPV settings payload also validates sibling payment method and terminal preference fields.
- Enabled `billing_config.ticketbai` and `billing_config.verifactu` are currently allowed only for supported countries such as ES, not GB.
- This action does not create invoices, send invoice deliveries, submit fiscal records or edit issuer legal identity fields.
- Capture-time billing changes must be restored in the documentation runtime after recording.
Expected result
Harbor Soho keeps the updated location-level POS billing configuration for future invoice numbering. The Billing tab reloads the saved values and returns to a saved state without creating invoices, deliveries or fiscal records.
