How to view the Activity report
Use the Activity report to review Harbor Soho service activity by weekday and hour, comparing account count, revenue, average ticket and account duration for the selected period.
In this article
The Activity report helps location managers see when service is busiest. It uses heatmaps by weekday and hour so the team can spot busy windows, higher revenue periods, stronger average ticket values and longer account durations.
Use it as a read-only operating view for Harbor Soho: open the Sales reporting page, set a stable reporting period, read the four heatmaps and export individual report blocks from the web app when a working copy is needed.
Before you start
- You are signed in to Harbor Demo Group with Harbor Soho selected.
- Your location permissions include reports:view, or one of the accepted fallback permissions: tpv:view, tpv:use, catalog:view, reservation:view or staff:view.
- Harbor Soho has service sessions and non-void TPV tickets in the selected period, such as periods=2026-06-01_2026-06-07, so heatmap cells can show values.
Instructions
- 1.
Open Reports > Sales > Activity
From the side menu, open Reportes, then Ventas, then Actividad. The same screen can be opened directly at /:orgId/:locationId/reporting/sales/activity when the organisation and location are already in context.
- 2.
Set the reporting period
Use the period filter at the top of the page before reading the report. For stable GB captures, use /:orgId/:locationId/reporting/sales/activity?periods=2026-06-01_2026-06-07. Multiple ranges use ~ between periods.
- 3.
Read the activity heatmaps
Review the four report blocks for total accounts, total revenue, average ticket and account duration. Each heatmap plots Monday to Sunday against the 00-23 hour range for the selected period or periods.
- 4.
Export a block on web
When working in the web app, use the export control on a heatmap block to download CSV, Excel or PNG. On native platforms, the app reports that export is not available.
Validations and limits
- The page heading rendered by the app is Actividad.
- The route accepts periods as YYYY-MM-DD_YYYY-MM-DD, with ~ between multiple ranges.
- If the frontend receives invalid period chunks, it ignores them and falls back to the default period behaviour when no valid range remains.
- GET /api/app/{orgId}/{locationId}/reports is the dashboard endpoint used by this page; the action is read-only.
- The location timezone is used when parsing periods and assigning tickets to weekday and hour cells.
- Tickets with status void are excluded from all four heatmaps.
- Heatmap cells appear only when that weekday and hour has a positive rounded value.
- Without selected organisation/location context or allowed permissions, the UI shows the corresponding location or permissions state instead of loading the dashboard.
Expected result
Harbor Soho managers get a read-only view of when accounts, revenue, ticket value and account duration concentrate by day and hour, without changing tickets, sessions or report data.
