How to Review Fraud Control
Use the Fraud control sales report to review void invoices and cancelled products for Harbor Soho or another selected location and period. The page is read-only and helps managers audit sensitive service activity without changing tickets, invoices, payments or products.
In this article
Fraud control is a read-only report for checking sensitive sales changes by period. It brings together void invoices, cancelled products, products cancelled after kitchen progress and products cancelled after billing signals.
The report uses the selected organisation and location context, keeps period ranges in the route, and loads the reports dashboard before showing the `fraud-control` page blocks.
Before you start
- The operator is signed in to Antylogic.
- Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho are selected, or the contextual route includes `/:orgId/:locationId/`.
- The operator has at least one accepted location permission: `reports:view`, `tpv:view`, `tpv:use`, `catalog:view`, `reservation:view` or `staff:view`.
- Rows appear only when the selected period contains `void` invoices or cancelled ticket items with `production_cancelled_at` inside the period.
Instructions
- 1.
Open Fraud Control
From the location context, open Reports > Sales > Fraud control, or go directly to `/:orgId/:locationId/reporting/sales/fraud-control`. The implemented report label may appear as `Control de fraude`.
- 2.
Check the Reporting Period
Review the period filter. Without a `periods` query, the app creates the current-week period and writes it back as `YYYY-MM-DD_YYYY-MM-DD`. Multiple ranges use `~` between ranges.
- 3.
Review Void Invoices
Use the void invoice summary and table to check invoices with `invoice.status = "void"`. The table shows invoice reference, account, date, staff member and amount, ordered by most recent date first.
- 4.
Review Cancelled Products
Use the cancelled product sections to review items with `production_status = "cancelled"` and `production_cancelled_at` in the selected period. The report separates all cancellations, after-kitchen progress and after-billing signals.
- 5.
Export When Needed
On web, open the table export menu to download CSV, Excel or PNG evidence for the displayed table. Native targets show an export-not-available alert, and the current tables do not include row-level actions or drill-down links.
Validations and limits
- If no organisation or location is selected, the page shows a location-selection state and does not load report data.
- The dashboard query is enabled only when location context exists and the operator has one accepted permission.
- `periods` ranges must be serialised as `YYYY-MM-DD_YYYY-MM-DD`; invalid chunks are ignored, and an end date before the start date is normalised to the start date.
- The frontend requests the full `GET /api/app/{orgId}/{locationId}/reports?periods={periods}` dashboard and then selects `pages["fraud-control"]`.
- Summary blocks are calculated for every requested period, while the fraud-control tables are built from the last period in the list.
- This action is read-only: it does not void invoices, cancel products, edit tickets or change payments.
Expected result
The operator has a period-scoped fraud-control view for the selected location, with auditable totals and tables for void invoices and cancelled products.
