View Service Session Detail
Review a closed service session from the calendar with linked accounts, selected account detail, and operational totals for revenue, guests, payments, products, and service activity.
In this article
Use this guide when a location manager, floor supervisor, or finance operator needs to inspect a completed Harbor Soho service from the service sessions calendar.
The detail view is read-oriented: it confirms the service header, opens Accounts by default, and provides a Summary tab for reconciliation. Invoice creation and account voiding may appear from account detail, but they belong to separate TPV and billing workflows.
Before you start
- You are signed in to Harbor Demo Group with Harbor Soho as the active location.
- Your user can view or manage the service sessions calendar for the location.
- A closed service session exists for Harbor Soho and is visible in the service sessions calendar range.
- The session has linked accounts if the Accounts tab should show operational data; otherwise the screen shows an empty accounts state.
- Table names require a resolvable floor layout on the service occurrence or event.
Instructions
- 1.
Open the closed service
From the service sessions calendar, select the closed service event you want to review. The app opens the detail route for that exact session and validates the session identifier before loading the close.
- 2.
Confirm the service header
Check the event title, time range, account count, and billed total. The billed total excludes void accounts, while the account count includes all loaded accounts.
- 3.
Review linked accounts
Use the Accounts tab to scan the accounts from the close, search or filter them, and select an account to inspect its items, payments, and status. On compact screens, selecting an account opens its detail as an overlay.
- 4.
Narrow busy closes with filters
Filter by search text, account status, payment method, table, total, and guest count. Non-numeric or non-positive total and guest filters are treated as empty, and partially paid accounts are grouped with pending accounts in the visual filters.
- 5.
Check the summary
Open Summary to review billed revenue, guests, average account value, revenue per guest, used tables, served products, account states, payment methods, top products, and the activity timeline. Void accounts and refunded payments are excluded from the relevant totals.
- 6.
Return to the calendar
Use the back action to restore the service sessions calendar with its previous mode and date context. Unsupported return routes fall back to the calendar.
Validations and limits
- If calendar permission is missing, the detail view shows a permission message before the main queries run.
- If the session identifier is missing or blank, the screen shows an invalid session message.
- If the session cannot be loaded, the screen shows a service-close loading error instead of the detail.
- If there are no linked accounts, Accounts shows an empty state; if filters hide every account, it shows a filtered-empty state.
- If layout resolution fails, accounts remain visible but table labels may be empty or fall back to no table.
Expected result
The operator can review a closed service session, inspect its accounts, reconcile summary metrics, and return to the calendar without changing the service state.
