Select items to charge

Use the advanced payment screen to choose which pending ticket items or units are included in the next payment. Antylogic caps the charge to the selected pending balance and records item-level allocations.

In this article

The advanced payment screen lets TPV operators decide exactly which outstanding ticket lines should be charged next, instead of charging the whole ticket by default.

When the payment is recorded, Antylogic links the charge back to the selected ticket items, then recalculates the ticket and item payment statuses.

Before you start

  • Open the advanced payment screen for a valid Harbor Soho ticket.
  • The ticket belongs to the active location and has at least one item with an outstanding balance.
  • The operator has `tpv:use` access, and the ticket is accessible from the current service session unless the operator has ticket management access.
  • At least one active payment method is available for the current user or terminal.
  • For cash or cash-like methods, the terminal has an open cash register session.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Open advanced payment

From the TPV ticket or ticket detail, open the advanced payment screen. The screen loads the ticket, active payment methods, existing payment operations and staff context.

  2. 2.

    Review the default selection

Every item with a remaining balance is selected automatically. The item panel shows the selected unit count, selected amount, and each line's quantity, name, production status, payment status, paid amount and pending amount.

  3. 3.

    Adjust the lines to charge

Tap an item line to change how many units are selected. Use Pending to select all outstanding lines again, or Clear to remove the whole selection.

  4. 4.

    Set the charge amount

If no manual amount is entered, Antylogic charges the full pending amount for the selected items. Smaller manual amounts are allocated across the selected lines; larger amounts are capped to the selected pending amount.

  5. 5.

    Charge the selected items

With a manual payment method, Antylogic creates the ticket payment immediately with allocations for the selected items. With an integrated method, the allocations are stored on the payment operation and applied when it completes.

Validations and limits

  • If `ticketId`, organisation, location or `tpv:use` access is missing, the screen shows an error or no-access state instead of the selector.
  • Void tickets cannot receive new payments.
  • Fully paid lines are disabled and shown as settled.
  • If the selection is cleared, the charge amount becomes zero and the charge action remains disabled.
  • The amount to charge is always capped by the selected pending amount.
  • A compatible payment method must be selected before the charge can be completed.
  • Allocations are rejected when they reference a missing item, have a zero or negative amount, exceed the item's pending amount, or total more than the payment amount.
  • After payment creation or completion, Antylogic recalculates the ticket status and each item payment status.

Expected result

The payment or payment operation is constrained to the selected pending items, with item-level allocations persisted and ticket payment status refreshed.
