Manage billing details
Maintain Harbor Soho's fiscal profiles for TPV invoicing, update the main location billing profile, and reuse Harbor Soho Demo Ltd from the ticket invoice modal.
In this article
Billing details keep the fiscal information Harbor Soho uses when issuing TPV invoices. Location managers can maintain the main billing profile from Location general information, while TPV operators can reuse a saved profile from a paid ticket before creating an invoice.
Billing details are scoped to the selected location. Invoices may reference a saved profile, but each issued invoice keeps its own fiscal snapshot, so later profile edits do not rewrite fiscal data already stored on invoices.
Before you start
- You are signed in to Harbor Demo Group with Harbor Soho selected.
- Your role has `customer:view` to load saved billing details for the location.
- Your role has `customer:manage` to create or update billing details.
- If saving from Location general information also synchronises TPV billing configuration, your role has `tpv:manage`.
- Issuing an invoice after selecting billing details requires `tpv:invoice` or `tickets:manage`; this guide stops before the irreversible invoice issue step.
Instructions
- 1.
Open billing details
Open Location general information and switch to Billing details. The page loads Harbor Soho billing details and uses the most recently updated or created record as the main fiscal profile.
- 2.
Review the fiscal profile
Check the legal name, tax identifier, address, city, region, postcode, country, email and phone. The direct location form requires at least a legal name or name; the TPV invoice modal requires the full minimum fiscal address before invoice issue.
- 3.
Save the profile
Save the form to create a billing profile when none exists, or update the current profile when it already has an id. The backend keeps the record scoped to Harbor Soho and treats records from another location as not found.
- 4.
Reuse a profile on a ticket
Open an invoiceable paid TPV ticket, choose Generate invoice and review Billing details. Select Harbor Soho Demo Ltd when it appears, search by visible fiscal data if needed, or choose New profile to enter a new fiscal profile before invoicing.
- 5.
Check invoice impact
Use saved billing details as reusable invoice input, not as a retroactive invoice editor. Editing Harbor Soho Demo Ltd later updates the reusable profile only; issued invoices keep their billing snapshot from the time they were created.
Validations and limits
- The app needs both `orgId` and `locationId` before it can load billing details.
- Creating billing details requires `legal_name` or `name`.
- The TPV invoice modal requires legal name or name, `tax_id` or `nif_dni`, address line, city, postal code and country before issuing an invoice with a new profile.
- The app accepts compatibility aliases: `name` for `legal_name`, `nif_dni` for `tax_id` and `address` for `address_line1`.
- `PUT /billing-details/{id}` behaves like a replacement of stored fiscal columns, so omitted fields may be cleared.
- The direct billing-details list is location-wide and has no documented pagination or filters.
- Deleting billing details belongs to `tpv.billing-details.delete`, not this manage action.
Expected result
Harbor Soho has a reusable fiscal profile for TPV invoices, and operators can select or create billing details during ticket invoicing without changing snapshots already stored on issued invoices.
