How to share an invoice by link, WhatsApp or SMS
Share an already issued TPV invoice by copying a temporary PDF link or handing it off through WhatsApp or SMS, while Antylogic records the delivery attempt on the ticket.
In this article
Invoice delivery starts from the ticket that already holds the issued invoice. The operator does not create a new invoice here; they choose the channel that best fits the customer and keep the delivery record attached to the same TPV ticket.
In the GB demo, use Harbor Demo Group, Harbor Soho and Olivia Hart. Current captures may still render some invoice delivery labels in Spanish, such as `Copiar enlace` and `Historial de entrega`; keep those labels exactly as the app shows them in screenshots.
Before you start
- The operator is signed in to Harbor Soho with a valid organisation and location context.
- The operator has invoice access through `tpv:invoice` or `tickets:manage`; ticket access may also require `tpv:use` for the active service session.
- The TPV ticket already exists, is accessible in the current location and has a non-void invoice.
- The invoice document exists. The `Copiar enlace`, `WhatsApp` and `SMS` actions are shown only when `invoice.file_id` is available.
- For WhatsApp or SMS to target a customer number, the invoice billing snapshot should include `phone_e164`. Twilio delivery requires a recipient phone number.
- The document store is configured so Antylogic can resolve a temporary PDF URL.
Instructions
- 1.
Open the invoiced ticket
Open the paid Harbor Soho TPV ticket detail and confirm that the issued invoice block is visible. The delivery actions appear in that block once the invoice PDF exists.
- 2.
Copy the PDF link
Use `Copiar enlace` when the customer needs a shareable invoice URL. Antylogic registers a `share_link` delivery attempt and copies the temporary PDF document URL.
- 3.
Share through WhatsApp
Use `WhatsApp` when the operator wants to hand the invoice link to WhatsApp. With the default deep-link provider, the app opens a WhatsApp URL and records the attempt; with Twilio configured, the backend sends the message automatically.
- 4.
Share through SMS
Use `SMS` when the operator wants to open the device SMS composer with the invoice link. With the default deep-link provider, the operator still sends the message from the device; with Twilio configured, the backend sends it automatically.
- 5.
Check delivery history
After sharing, return to the invoice block and review `Historial de entrega`. Confirm the channel, recipient, provider and status recorded for the latest attempt.
Validations and limits
- This action does not issue invoices; it only shares or records delivery for an invoice that already exists.
- A missing `invoice.file_id` hides the link, WhatsApp and SMS actions because Antylogic cannot resolve the PDF URL.
- A copied link records a `share_link` attempt with provider `filestore`, fallback recipient `shared-link` and status `shared`.
- Default WhatsApp and SMS deep links record a shared attempt; they do not prove that the customer received the message.
- Twilio WhatsApp or SMS delivery requires provider configuration and `phone_e164`; successful provider sends are marked `sent`.
- Temporary document URLs are generated by the backend and currently expire after seven days.
- Repeated shares increment the delivery attempt number and are treated as resends in the attempt payload.
- Blocking fiscal validation prevents the delivery attempt from being registered.
Expected result
The invoice remains attached to the original TPV ticket, the customer has a usable delivery channel for the PDF, and the invoice block keeps an auditable delivery history for link, WhatsApp or SMS sharing.
