Record manual invoice delivery

Record that an issued TPV invoice was delivered outside Antylogic automatic channels, keep a trace in delivery history and mark the invoice as sent in the normal ticket flow.

In this article

Use this guide when a customer has already received an issued TPV invoice by hand or through another external channel. Manual delivery does not send email, SMS or WhatsApp; it records the completed handoff in the invoice history.

In the Harbor Soho demo, the action starts from the TPV ticket detail for an issued invoice. Some visible TPV invoice labels may still appear in Spanish in the current product capture.

Before you start

  • You are working in the correct organisation and location context, such as Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho.
  • You can open the TPV ticket detail with the active terminal and TPV staff member, such as Olivia Hart.
  • The ticket belongs to the active location and already has an invoice associated with it.
  • The invoice is not void and has no blocking fiscal validation check.
  • You have `tpv:use` to open the ticket and either `tpv:invoice` or `tickets:manage` to register invoice delivery.
  • The backend file store can resolve or generate the invoice document before the delivery is recorded.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Open the invoiced TPV ticket

Open the Harbor Soho TPV ticket detail for the ticket that already has an issued invoice. The invoice block must be visible and the invoice must not be void.

  2. 2.

    Select manual delivery

In the invoice block, select Manual delivery, currently visible in the capture as `Entrega manual`, only after confirming that the customer received the invoice outside Antylogic.

  3. 3.

    Confirm the success state

After the request succeeds, the app refreshes the ticket detail and confirms that manual delivery was registered. In the normal UI flow, the invoice becomes sent unless it was already sent.

  4. 4.

    Review delivery history

Check Delivery history in the invoice block. The newest attempt should show recipient `manual-delivery`, provider `manual`, channel `manual`, delivered status and the delivery date.

Validations and limits

  • The action is only shown to operators with `tpv:invoice` or `tickets:manage`.
  • The backend also checks ticket access: `tickets:manage` passes directly; otherwise the operator needs TPV access to the active session.
  • The request must use channel `manual`; an empty channel belongs to the shared email delivery path.
  • Manual delivery creates an `invoice_delivery_attempt` with status `delivered`, provider `manual` and recipient `manual-delivery` when no recipient is supplied.
  • The normal UI request does not expose custom recipient, provider, metadata or `mark_sent`.
  • A void invoice, a ticket without an invoice, a missing document URL or a blocking fiscal validation check stops the action before the attempt is recorded.

Expected result

The ticket keeps an auditable manual delivery entry in `TicketDetail.invoice_delivery_attempts`, and the invoice is marked as sent in the normal UI flow.
