Open Public Booking Page

Open Harbor Soho's public booking link and confirm that guests can see the customer-facing booking surface when the location, plan, billing and public-booking gates pass. This guide covers loading the page only; checking availability and creating a reservation are separate guides.

Use this guide when a venue operator or support teammate needs to verify that Harbor Soho's shared booking URL opens the guest surface without staff sign-in.

The page is public, but it is still protected by venue gates: the location must belong to the organisation in the URL, be active, have public booking enabled, include reservation-automatic:use in the plan and have billing in an allowed state.

Before you start

  • Use a public URL with both orgId and locationId, such as /:orgId/:locationId/booking or /:orgId/:locationId/reservar.
  • The location in the URL belongs to the organisation and is not deleted.
  • Public booking is enabled for Harbor Soho.
  • The location plan includes reservation-automatic:use and the billing state is not blocked.
  • For a populated documentation capture, the runtime includes at least one future public service occurrence for Harbor Soho.

Instructions

    Open the public link

    Open the venue booking URL. The generated public booking URL uses /:orgId/:locationId/booking; /:orgId/:locationId/reservar is also supported and is the current Maestro deep link. No staff login is required.

    Wait for the public profile

    The page shows a loading indicator while Antylogic loads GET /api/public/{orgId}/{locationId}. When the profile passes the public gates, the guest surface appears with Online booking, Book at Harbor Soho, the progress steps, the date and service area and Live summary.

    Review the guest surface

    Check that the header uses the public location or brand image when available, the progress area is visible, the first selectable date respects the minimum advance setting and the public date range runs for the next 92 days. The Preferences step is hidden only when public_booking_table_preferences_enabled is explicitly false.

    Handle not found

    If the link is wrong or any public-booking gate fails, the guest sees Online booking, We could not find this booking page and Check the link or ask the venue for a fresh one. Verify the link, public booking setting, plan capability and billing state from the operator side.

Validations and limits

  • GET /api/public/{orgId}/{locationId} is the profile request for the two-part public location route and only allows GET.
  • The route requires non-empty orgId and locationId values and rejects malformed public paths as not found.
  • The backend confirms organisation ownership, deleted state, billing state, reservation-automatic:use and public_booking_enabled before returning the profile.
  • Any profile error or missing location is shown as the same generic not-found state; the guest page does not expose which gate failed.
  • This guide stops before availability checks, waitlist handling or reservation creation.
  • Internal services must not appear in the downstream public calendar or service listing after the profile loads.

Expected result

The guest either sees Harbor Soho's public booking page ready for date and service review, or the generic not-found state. No availability check is run and no reservation is created by this guide.
