View article media

Check in Docs the media associated with an article: a published image, a published video card or the pending-resource placeholder when the asset does not yet have a resolved src. The action is read-only and does not modify operational data for Harbor Demo Group or Harbor Soho.

In this article

Use this guide when an operator needs to check which visual resource accompanies a Docs article inside the authenticated Antylogic app.

The screen resolves language, device and theme before loading the article detail. It then shows as main media the first published resource with an available src and leaves the rest under Screenshots, including pending resources.

Before you start

  • Have an authenticated session in the Antylogic app, for example Harbor Demo User in Harbor Demo Group.
  • Open Docs from User menu > Docs or with a link such as antylogic://docs/access/en-auth-native-login.
  • The article must exist for the active language and device.
  • For the GB examples, use the restaurant_full_v1-gb demo with Harbor Soho; no additional data needs to be created.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Open Docs in the app

Enter Docs from the user menu or open a Docs deep link. The screen computes locale, platform and theme, and requests the index from GET /api/app/docs.

  2. 2.

    Select the article

Open the article you want to review. To see a video and placeholders, use antylogic://docs/access/en-auth-native-login. To see a published image, use antylogic://docs/attendance/en-resolve-open-shift-before-new-entry.

  3. 3.

    Review the main media

Below the title and summary, check the first published resource with an available src. If it is an image, it is rendered inside the article; if it is a video, it appears as a resource card with a play icon, title and description.

  4. 4.

    Scroll down to Screenshots

Scroll to Screenshots to see the rest of the article media. Planned resources without src appear as Resource pending generation.

  5. 5.

    Interpret missing assets

If a published image is not visible, treat it as a problem with the resource served by Docs. This screen does not allow uploading, regenerating, playing, downloading or fixing assets.

Validations and limits

  • The Documentation screen requires an authenticated session because it lives inside AppStack.
  • GET /api/app/docs and GET /api/app/docs/assets/{path} are protected by general authentication, with no additional granular Docs permission.
  • user-reports:manage is not required to view Docs media.
  • The main media is the first element with status published and an available src, not necessarily the first element declared in the bundle.
  • The video card does not play or open the file; it only represents that a published video resource exists.
  • The placeholder is generic and does not show the title, description, planned_path or flow_file of the pending resource.
  • The existence of src does not guarantee that the file exists on disk; the real check happens when /api/app/docs/assets/{path} is requested.
  • The current bundle declares version 2026-06-18 and generated_at 2026-06-18T10:44:34.592Z; if later assets are expected, regenerate or validate the bundle before publishing captures.

Expected result

The operator identifies from Docs whether the article has a published image, an available video or pending resources, without modifying content, operational data or configuration.
