View In-App Article Media
Open an authenticated Documentation article and review the media attached to it. The app promotes the first published media item with a resolved source above Overview, then lists the remaining media under Screenshots as inline images, display-only video cards, or pending placeholders.
In this article
Use this guide when an operator needs to understand the media shown inside an Antylogic app Documentation article. In the GB demo, the example article is opened from `antylogic://docs/attendance/en-attendance-view-board`.
Article media is selected by the server for the current locale, platform, and theme. Operators review the returned version; they do not choose between available media variants from this screen.
Before you start
- The operator is signed in to the Antylogic app.
- The Documentation screen is available from the app route or deeplink.
- The selected article has loaded successfully.
- The selected article includes media metadata in the bundled documentation content.
- Published media that should render visually has a resolved source returned by the app docs article API.
Instructions
- 1.
Open The Article
Open the relevant Documentation article. For the GB demo context, use `antylogic://docs/attendance/en-attendance-view-board`. The Documentation route does not require Harbor Soho to be selected, but the operator must still be authenticated.
- 2.
Wait For Article Detail
Wait until the article content is visible. The app requests the authenticated article detail from `/api/app/docs/{sectionSlug}/{articleSlug}` with locale, platform, and theme parameters before any media is evaluated.
- 3.
Review Main Media
Look above Overview for the promoted media. The app shows this block only when it finds a media item that is both published and has a resolved `src`.
- 4.
Review Screenshots
Scroll to Screenshots to inspect the remaining media entries. Images with a source render inline, video media renders as a resource card, and media without a source appears as `Resource pending generation`.
- 5.
Interpret The Media Version
Treat the displayed media as the server-selected version for the current device and theme. The app renders the returned `src` and does not switch between available platforms or themes.
Validations and limits
- The Documentation screen opens inside the authenticated app.
- The article detail request uses `/api/app/docs`, not the public docs route.
- Main media appears only when `status === 'published'` and `src` is present.
- A sourced video displays as a resource card; it does not open a player from this screen.
- A media entry without `src` displays the pending placeholder instead of a planned file path.
- The current screen has no zoom, gallery, download, fullscreen image controls, or embedded video player.
Expected result
The operator can review the article media states without changing Harbor Demo Group or Harbor Soho data: a promoted published image when available, remaining media under Screenshots, and clear pending placeholders for media that has not been generated.
