List my tickets
Open the personal list of help tickets to review the title, type, status, context and last activity of the reports sent by the authenticated user.
In this article
Use this guide when a user wants to consult their own tickets from `Reports and feedback` or from `/my-reports`. The `My tickets` screen loads the information with server pagination and shows only the reports associated with the active session.
This view is not the support inbox. It does not require `user-reports:manage`, does not show other users' tickets and does not modify statuses, messages or attachments.
Before you start
- Have a valid session signed in to Antylogic.
- There is no need to select an organisation or location to consult the list; in the demo it can be entered from Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho.
- For a populated capture, at least one help ticket associated with `DEMO_USER_ID` must exist; if it does not, the empty state is documented.
Instructions
- 1.
Open Reports and feedback
From the user menu, select `Reports and feedback`. Antylogic opens `My tickets` at `/my-reports` for the signed-in user.
- 2.
Review the personal list
Check the available rows. Each ticket shows title, context or description, report type, status and last activity.
- 3.
Interpret type and status
Use the badges to distinguish `Bug`, `Improvement` or `Other`, and to see whether the ticket is `Open`, `In review`, `Resolved` or `Closed`.
- 4.
Change page
If there are more than 20 tickets, use `Previous` and `Next`. Pagination is resolved on the server and keeps the previous page while the new one loads.
- 5.
Open a conversation
Select a row or `View conversation` to open the ticket detail. The message thread is loaded on the detail screen, not in the list.
- 6.
Create a new ticket
Press `New ticket` if you need to record an incident or proposal. Creation belongs to another action; this list is only for reviewing existing tickets.
Validations and limits
- Without a valid session, `/api/app/me/reports` does not return the personal list.
- The list only includes tickets whose `user_id` matches the authenticated user.
- The screen uses pages of 20 tickets and never goes below page 1.
- If there are no tickets, `You have not sent any report yet.` appears.
- If the date cannot be read, the row shows `Date not available`.
- The screen shows no search or filters even though the API accepts `query`, `status` and `type`.
- Conversation messages and attachments are not shown in this view.
- `user-reports:manage` does not apply to this action; that permission belongs to the support inbox.
Expected result
The user sees their personal tickets with type, status, context and last activity, can change page if there are more than 20 results and can move to the detail or start a new ticket without modifying anything from the list.
