Open the support inbox
Open the global support inbox to review the recent tickets sent by users. It is a read-only action: it loads the first page, shows the search box and filters, and leaves the most recent case prepared when there are results.
In this article
Use this guide when a member of the support team needs to locate the ticket inbox from the authenticated application.
The inbox does not belong to a specific location: it works with a system permission and does not create, reply to or change the status of any ticket just by being opened.
Before you start
- Session signed in to Antylogic.
- System permission `user-reports:manage`.
- For captures with a populated list, the documentation runtime must contain `user_reports` records; the reviewed GB runtime does not declare `SUPPORT_REPORT_ID` or equivalent keys.
Instructions
- 1.
Open the user menu
From an authenticated surface, open the account menu. With a support account the `Manage tickets` option appears; without the support permission, that entry is not shown.
- 2.
Enter the inbox
Select `Manage tickets`. Antylogic opens `/support-requests` and shows `Ticket management`. It can also be entered by direct route if the session has the required permission.
- 3.
Review recent tickets
On opening, the inbox requests the first 50 tickets with no initial search or filters. The list shows total, search box, status and type filters, and cards with requester, date, type, status, description and context.
- 4.
Filter results
Use the search box or the filters to reduce the list. The available statuses are `open`, `in_progress`, `resolved` and `closed`; the available types are `bug`, `improvement` and `other`.
- 5.
Continue to the prepared case
If there are tickets and the URL does not include `reportId`, the screen automatically selects the first ticket to prepare the detail panel. The full review of the case belongs to the `help.support.view-detail` flow.
Validations and limits
- The `Manage tickets` entry depends on the system permission `user-reports:manage`.
- The `/support-requests` route requires an authenticated session; without permission it shows `You do not have permission to manage tickets.`
- The initial opening uses `page: 1` and `page_size: 50`; it does not send `query`, `status` or `type` until the filters are used.
- Tickets are ordered from most recent to oldest.
- Opening the inbox does not create or modify `user_reports`, messages, notifications or files.
- The inbox does not filter by organisation, location, user, date or attachments, and shows no visible paginator for later pages.
- Do not mix this guide with `help.support.view-detail`, `help.support.update-status` or `help.support.reply`.
Expected result
The support person lands on `Ticket management`, with the global inbox loaded, filters available and the most recent ticket prepared to continue in a detail flow where applicable.
