View the ticket conversation

Open a ticket created by the authenticated user to review its full thread: initial message, later replies, attachments, status, dates and organisation or location context. It is a read-only query; replying, downloading attachments or managing statuses belongs to other guides.

In this article

Use this guide when you need to check the history of one of your own tickets without modifying it. The Ticket detail screen loads the conversation associated with `/my-reports/{reportId}` and shows the information available to the authenticated user.

In the en-GB demo, the capture must be prepared with Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho if the ticket has a location context. The deep link can keep that context, but the detail is still limited to the signed-in user.

Before you start

  • The user is signed in to Antylogic.
  • An own ticket of the authenticated user exists.
  • The ticket is opened from My tickets or through `/my-reports/{reportId}`.
  • For en-GB captures, prepare `USER_REPORT_ID` in the documentation runtime if the current demo does not include it.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Enter My tickets

From Reports and feedback, open My tickets and locate the ticket you want to consult. The list shows tickets created by the authenticated user and allows opening the View conversation action.

  2. 2.

    Open the conversation

Select View conversation or open `/my-reports/{reportId}` directly. The screen loads Ticket detail with the title, the thread and the Add reply composer, which belongs to a separate action.

  3. 3.

    Review the thread

Read the messages in chronological order. The first message corresponds to the initial ticket description and later replies appear as user, support or system messages. Attachments are shown as cards or thumbnails when available.

  4. 4.

    Check Info

Press Info to open Ticket information. Review type, status, initial message, creation and last activity dates, organisation and location. If there is no context, the sheet shows No additional context.

  5. 5.

    Close or go back

Close the Info sheet or use Back to return to Reports and feedback. This action sends no data, does not change the ticket status and creates no new messages.

Validations and limits

  • If `reportId` is empty, the screen shows `We could not find the requested ticket.` and does not query the detail.
  • While the detail loads, the interface shows `Loading conversation...`.
  • The detail only shows the authenticated user's own tickets.
  • Later messages are shown ordered by ascending creation date.
  • If a referenced attachment no longer exists, it is omitted without blocking the rest of the ticket.
  • Do not mix this guide with `/support-requests/{reportId}`, replying to the ticket, downloading attachments or effective reopening.

Expected result

The user sees the full conversation and the main metadata of their own ticket without modifying the ticket.
