View the Service Sessions Calendar

Use the Billing calendar to review closed service sessions for Harbor Soho, compare accounts, people and billed revenue in GBP, and open the closed session detail from a calendar event.

In this article

The Billing calendar gives location managers and shift leads a read-only view of closed service sessions for the selected location.

Each closed-session card can show the service title, accounts, people and billed revenue, with the date range calculated in the location timezone.

Before you start

  • You are signed in and working in Harbor Demo Group > Harbor Soho.
  • Your location role includes `service-session-calendar:view` or `service-session-calendar:manage`.
  • Closed service sessions exist in the selected date range; otherwise the calendar opens with no events.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Open Calendars > Billing

From Harbor Soho, open the location navigation and choose Calendars > Billing. The page opens `/:orgId/:locationId/calendars/service-sessions` for the current location.

  2. 2.

    Choose the View and Date

Use Day, Week, Month or Year to inspect closed sessions at the right level of detail. The GB documentation runtime can anchor captures around `SERVICE_OCCURRENCE_START=2026-06-02T12:30:00+00:00`.

  3. 3.

    Review Closed Session Cards

Read the green service-session cards. When event data is available, the card uses the service title such as Soho lunch service; if not, it falls back to Service while still using the session times.

  4. 4.

    Check Billing Metrics

Use Accounts, People and Billed revenue to compare the closed service. Revenue is calculated from non-voided tickets and formatted with the location currency, GBP for Harbor Soho.

  5. 5.

    Open the Session Detail

Select a calendar event to open the closed service session detail. This keeps return context for the calendar mode and date; it does not edit or reopen the session.

Validations and limits

  • Without `service-session-calendar:view` or `service-session-calendar:manage`, the screen shows a no-access message and does not load service sessions.
  • Invalid `mode`, `startDate` or `firstVisibleDate` parameters are ignored and replaced with supported defaults.
  • The API request lists `status=closed` service sessions for the current `locationId` and visible date range.
  • If the API returns no closed sessions, the calendar remains visible with no page-specific empty-state message.

Expected result

The operator can review closed service billing from the calendar and open the matching service session detail for the selected location.
