How to review employee billing

Use the employee Billing report to review billing attributed to staff at a selected location, with period totals and a by-employee table for closed accounts, average per account and total billed.

In this article

The employee Billing report is a read-only view for managers and finance operators who need to understand how ticket revenue is attributed across the team.

For the GB demo, Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho are the reference organisation and location. Use an explicit period covering 1-7 June 2026 for captures when the default current week may be empty.

Before you start

  • You are signed in to Antylogic.
  • The target organisation and location are selected, for example Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho in the GB demo runtime.
  • Your user has at least one accepted location permission: `reports:view`, `tpv:view`, `tpv:use`, `catalog:view`, `reservation:view` or `staff:view`.
  • To see non-empty rows, the selected period contains service sessions and non-void tickets for the location.
  • Staff names appear when the ticket can be linked to staff. If no staff name can be resolved, the row is shown as unassigned; the current runtime fallback can render as `SIN ASIGNAR`.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Open the employee Billing report

From the side menu, open Reports, then Employees, then Billing. The same read-only screen is available at `/:orgId/:locationId/reporting/employees/billing`.

  2. 2.

    Confirm location and access

Check that the selected location is the one you want to review. If no location is selected, access is denied or the dashboard cannot load, use the message shown on the page before continuing.

  3. 3.

    Set the reporting period

Use the Filters panel to choose the date range. If no period is provided, Antylogic uses the current week. Use Add period to create a previous range with the same duration for comparison.

  4. 4.

    Read the total metrics

In the In total block, review Products added, Money earned, Closed accounts and Average per account for each selected period.

  5. 5.

    Review the by-employee table

Use the By employee table to compare Employee name, Closed accounts, Average per account and Total from closed accounts. With two or more periods, the latest selected period is treated as current and the previous selected period is used for comparison.

  6. 6.

    Export from web when needed

Each report card exposes CSV, Excel and PNG export options on web. Native surfaces show a not-available alert instead of downloading a file.

Validations and limits

  • `periods` is stored as `YYYY-MM-DD_YYYY-MM-DD`; multiple periods are separated with `~`.
  • An empty or unreadable `periods` value is replaced by the default current-week period.
  • A date range is applied only when both start and end dates exist. If the end is before the start, Antylogic treats the end as the same day as the start.
  • The dashboard query runs only when organisation, location and one accepted permission are present.
  • Tickets are included when their reference date is inside the selected period and the ticket status is not `void`. The Closed accounts label counts those included tickets; it is not backed by a separate `status == closed` requirement.
  • Products added counts active ticket items and excludes items whose production status is `cancelled`.
  • Rows are sorted by current-period billing descending, with the employee key used as the tie-breaker.

Expected result

The manager leaves with a read-only view of employee-attributed billing for the selected location and period, including totals, comparison context and export options on web.
