View Table Board
Review reservations, zones, tables and assignments for a service occurrence on the active floor plan without saving changes.
In this article
The table board gives front-of-house teams a service-level view of table occupancy. In the GB demo, Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho use `BOOKING_TABLES_DETAIL_OCCURRENCE_ID` to open the Soho lunch service and inspect the board from the `Cronograma` tab.
This guide is read-only. Opening the board, reviewing assigned blocks, and checking unassigned or waitlist demand does not create reservations, replace tables, save assignment drafts or change tickets.
Before you start
- Harbor Demo Group and Harbor Soho are selected in the navigation context.
- The operator can view reservations for the location and can read the active floor plan.
- A service occurrence exists for the location; in the GB runtime this uses `BOOKING_TABLES_DETAIL_OCCURRENCE_ID=b3e3a510-ac98-436e-8332-5767fcd4b1ce`.
- The occurrence or its event resolves a `layout_id` or `layoutId`, and the layout contains configured tables.
- Customer viewing permission is available when the operator needs guest names and phone numbers on reservation blocks.
Instructions
- 1.
Open the service detail
Open the Harbor Soho service occurrence from the reservations calendar or through the contextual reservation occurrence link. The detail screen starts on the list view and loads the service, reservations and related data.
- 2.
Open Cronograma
Select the `Cronograma` tab. The screen loads the service floor plan and mounts the table board when the active layout contains tables.
- 3.
Read occupancy
Review the grid. Rows are tables ordered by zone and table name, while columns are service time slots. Reservation blocks can show time, duration, status, party size, guest details and visual indicators for preferences, required tables, fixed assignments, splits or combinations.
- 4.
Review pending demand
If `Sin asignar y lista de espera` appears, use it to identify reservations that do not currently have a table. In the GB runtime, visible examples can include Harbor Soho guests such as Liam Scott or Sara Molina depending on the captured occurrence state.
- 5.
Keep it read-only
Use the board to coordinate the floor and anticipate occupancy. Creating a reservation from a slot, editing a reservation or saving assignment changes belongs to separate workflows and is available only with management permissions and a service that is not in `waiting_list` mode.
Validations and limits
- The detail screen requires organisation, location and `occurrenceId` context before it can load data.
- If the operator cannot view reservations, the app shows a permissions error instead of the board.
- There is no verified route parameter for opening `activeTab='tables'` directly; the operator selects `Cronograma` after opening the service detail.
- While the layout loads, the board area can show `Cargando layout`; if the layout cannot be read or has no tables, it shows `No hay mesas configuradas para este servicio`.
- The board only shows tables that exist in the loaded layout.
- Reservations without a table and with a status other than `waitlist` or `cancelled` appear as unassigned demand; waitlist reservations without a table appear in the waitlist section.
- Viewing the board does not modify `reservation_table_assignment` records.
Expected result
The table board remains visible for service review, with assigned reservations, table rows, time slots and pending demand available for inspection without changing reservation or table assignment data.
